How to make a website?

Well, I'm familar with the forumotion.com host as you can see^^ But this is ofcourse just a forum with additional html pages which I can make, but making a whole website from scratch is a bit more complicated and I for myself is always puzzled what to do.

Well, since I'm smart I know where to find help and googled for it. I found a noice website with can help you making your own website, financing your own website and how to advertise it.
